Hello,
My name is Cesar and I’m looking for a Virtual Assistant who can help me during the week for an average of 1-2 hours per day, ideally long- term. MUST speak great English.
Your various responsibilities and tasks include:
1. Research numerous industries and wide ranging subjects using the Internet or other information databases.
2. Data analysis/entry into Excel, Word or other programs (Example: Creating an Excel Worksheet of the top Distributors/ Manufactures of XYZ product).
3. Personal Tasks (Example; scheduling meetings, travel plans, etc...)
4. Doing a variety of other tasks (must be comfortable trying new task often).
- Must be accessible through SKYPE, EMAIL, and online at agreed upon hours.
Your qualifications:
- Detail- Oriented, Reliable, and Hard Working ( Big bonus if your proactive).
- Previous experience as an administrative assistant preferred
- Broadband Internet connection
- Strong understanding of Internet and online communication tools
- Ability to multitask
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Strong communications skills
- References or an established reputation on preferred
