We are a loan company base in Canada and we are hiring an assistant full time to help us work on several administrative tasks and operations . You will be working under the direction of the Director of the company.
1. Respond to customer by email from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday
2. Analyse customers loan demands
3. Make daily reports
4. excellent verbal communication for emails.
Fluent in English
Can operate a computer & have his own computer
Can operate Microsoft Office, especially Excel
Can use Google Drive
Polite words, can convert ordinary customer questions into orders
Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. MS Office, Google Suite)
Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar, Co-Schedule)
Familiarity with Zoom and Skype
Excellent email and instant messaging communication skills
Excellent time management skills
Solid organizational skills
