Need part-time (which could turn into a full time job) virtual assistant to help company operations day to day tasks.
Various duties include:
- Finding decision makers at companies we provide to you.
- Lead generation and inputting leads into CRM
- Lead contact/appointment setting
- Website Updates (adding articles to Joomla/Wordpress)
- Managing e-blast campaigns
- Managing some invoicing
- Working with our staff on projects
- Working with and managing one or more artists and or/ developers (receiving files, QA, liaising between)
- Preparing reports
- Some SEO if you have the background
- Reaching out to our clients and customers for various things.
- Work from 8am-4pm EST (New York Time) (part time to start… but those are the hours we may need you during)
- Fast and efficient on computer, good internet connection
- Reliable on day-to-day basis
- Keep detailed logs of their time
- Very good English writing skills
- Ability to communicate well over email and Skype
- Be self-motivated.
- Be proficient in Microsoft Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc
