We are seeking an experienced personal assistant in the State to do research, run small projects for us, email on our behalf, schedule, manage and organize us. Currently, this is on and as needed basis but over time could evolve to FT if you're interested in that. You need to fast, efficient and on time; be a reasonably tech savvy, know how to "figure things out," be self starting, timely, research, manage a calendar, write and communicate in acceptable English, & communicate regularly. You must already possess AT LEAST the following skill sets: 1) S.k.y.p.e audio/video calling, screen sharing, conference calling, file sharing, etc. 2) Email savvy including how to organize email, e.g., folders, filters, labels, etc. 3) Know how to use Google drive, docs, sheets and calendar. 4) MS Word and light MS Excel knowledge. 5) Follow up, follow up, and more follow up skills. 6) English must be your native language.
