I an a real estate agent and need a virtual PA to do data entry and sending emails to my clients. The main task will be to download and save PDF documents in the relevant files and then convert/type these into an email format which will be sent to me/my client.
Speed and attention to detail is essential as well as being extremely responsive/quick, reliable and not making mistakes.
It is a very simple but important task which I will need to be done usually first thing in the morning 8am-10am UK time but sometimes at a random time during the day.
This is no more then 1 hour work a day for the beginning but I am looking for someone to work with for a long time into the future.
I have attached an example template of how I need the email to be written and sent to me every time I ask for it. I have also attached the PDF which you will be receiving/downloading in order to copy the text and maps etc.
