I am looking for a Virtual Assistant / Job Application Assistant to help me apply for Simulation Educator, Clinical Skills Educator, Healthcare Educator, Simulation Instructor, and Medical Education roles. Responsibilities: • Search for relevant job openings on LinkedIn, Indeed, company career pages, universities, simulation centers, hospitals, and healthcare training organizations. • Customize my resume slightly to match each job description. • Submit job applications on my behalf. • Maintain an Excel/Google Sheets tracker with all applications. • Monitor application status and notify me of any interview invitations. • Schedule interviews when required. Project Scope: • Apply to approximately 50 relevant jobs. • Focus on remote, hybrid, and onsite opportunities in India, UAE, UK, Australia, Singapore, and other suitable countries. • Only apply to positions that closely match my background in healthcare simulation, nursing education, clinical skills training, BLS/ACLS instruction, and healthcare training. Budget: • Fixed budget: ₹2,000 for 50 completed quality applications. • Performance bonus: ₹500 for each interview invitation received. Requirements: • Experience with job searching and online applications. • Good attention to detail. • Ability to follow instructions carefully. • Basic resume editing skills. • Excellent communication.
