A Catalogue of Wines represented by an Agent for Suppliers from various wine producers, regions and countries. Catalogue to be used to market the wines for the Suppliers to different stores and restaurants. Catalogue will include such basics for each wine (and spirit) such as product photo, county of origin, region, supplier, bottle size, alcohol and vintage. Other greater descriptions will contain a technical review, tasting notes, pairing details, links to the wine producer's site, etc... Information will need to be housed in a database that can continue to expand for each additional wine (or spirit). Printable and Exportable Forms will need to be created that extract the information from the database. Certain forms will be a Portfolio of all the wines by producer, individual wine fact sheets, order forms, special offer forms for multiple products, wines of the month portfolio, etc... Webpage may be contemplated as long as printable marketing packages can be created. The user of this product is not very computer oriented and it will have to be easy to use, easy to create PDFs, easy to enter the data. As the business expands, an ongoing relationship will be key as changes need to be made to the forms, portfolio or new fields created, or new ideas for marketing are brought forward.
