I've been in the BPO industry for more than 6 years now as customer service representative and became a team lead for technical support representative as well. After the BPO industry I became a Merchandising / Sales Supervisor in one of the biggest mobile network here in the Philippines. In the said line of job, Part of it is answering phone calls from the customer and resolving their issues right then and there. receiving emails and answering those as well is part of it. Data entries and creating reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. So both calls, data entry, and emails is the line of expertise that I have. Pretty much, I am knowledgeably fit for the position. I addition to that I am also very much willing to be trained more to gain more experience.
