The chart of accounts and the historical differences are really a project, not weekly work — I'd want to do those first as a fixed piece so you're not paying hourly while I dig through prior periods. Once the file is clean, the weekly maintenance is straightforward and I'm comfortable at ₹1,250/hr for that. On the historical corrections: I'd fix these with dated journals rather than editing prior entries, so your audit trail stays intact and you can see exactly what changed and why. That matters if the earlier periods have already been reported on. I've set a 10-hour weekly cap to cover the heavier first few weeks while the chart of accounts and historical differences are sorted. Once the file is clean I'd expect the ongoing weekly routine to run at 4–6 hours, and I only bill actual time.
