We are looking for a detail-oriented freelancer to help with a structured data entry and document indexing task. The job involves looking up assigned tasks, opening related documents, indexing them with specific IDs, and updating a tracking spreadsheet to ensure all required document types are properly recorded. Accuracy and consistency are the most important parts of this role. Scope of Work 1. Lookup Task 2. Use the provided task number to search in our database. 3. Access Documents 5. Open all documents related to the assigned person/task. 6. Index & Record For each document, record the ID and ensure the information is entered into the tracking spreadsheet. Mark the spreadsheet once all 3–4 required document types are located for a specific subject. 7. Save & Close Save and close the documents once indexing is complete. This project will require you to re/mote into a virtual workspace where the work must be done. You can't do it on your own device.
