Hi, a clean xlsx where every mobile comes out as +91 then exactly 10 digits, vehicle numbers untouched. What usually breaks is Excel eating the plus and turning the cell back into a number. How I would do it: strip spaces and any existing 91 or 0 prefix, keep the last 10 digits, check the first one is 6 to 9, then write the column as text so the plus survives. Rows that fail go on a separate sheet instead of into your import. Is the mobile column always in the same place? I have done this on a 40k row contact list before a bulk upload.
