Marketing & Operations Coordinator (Remote, Full-Time) Rate: $3 USD/hour (starting rate shown due to platform rules; actual starting rate is $2 USD/hour during trial period. Higher rates may be considered for candidates with 5–10+ years of relevant experience.) Schedule: Must be available during Canadian Eastern Time (9 a.m. – 5 p.m.) Location: Remote About the Role We’re seeking a Marketing & Operations Coordinator to support the CEO with marketing promotion, SEO-related activities, and operational coordination. The role combines executive assistant responsibilities with marketing and digital support. You will work directly with the CEO and management team to help drive projects, prepare promotional content, assist with SEO tasks, and maintain smooth operations across ongoing projects. Key Responsibilities Assist with marketing promotion tasks (posting, following guidelines, preparing simple media updates) Support SEO initiatives (research keywords, track rankings, coordinate content updates) Conduct online research and summarize findings for marketing or business projects Coordinate between CEO and project teams to ensure smooth task execution Organize and manage data in Google Sheets, CRMs, and other tools Provide structured updates, filter information, and highlight action items Requirements Excellent English (written and spoken) Strong executive assistant skills (organization, task management, follow-up) Familiarity with SEO basics (keywords, content optimization, backlinks) Strong online research and documentation skills Comfortable using Google Workspace, CRMs, and basic online tools Able to work full-time during Canadian Eastern Time (9 a.m. – 5 p.m.) Preferred but Not Required Prior experience in marketing, SEO, or digital promotion 5–10+ years in executive support or business operations Ability to assist with online visibility and brand promotion initiatives Compensation Listed at $3 USD/hour (system requirement) Actual starting rate: $2 USD/hour during initial trial period Higher rates may be offered to candidates with significant experience
