Hi, a clean Excel file with your batch transcribed field for field, nothing missing and nothing formatted two ways. Typos are not the real risk. Silent format drift is. How I'd do it: enter the data, then run a validation pass over it, a small script that checks column types, flags blanks, catches dates or numbers that drifted into text, plus duplicate rows.
