You’ll work with familiar tools such as Google Workspace, Facebook Creator Studio, WordPress, and basic spreadsheet formulas. If you already know your way around those, great; otherwise, the training period will bring you up to speed. Communication is mostly async via Slack, with a brief weekly call for priorities and feedback. Accuracy, clear status updates, and respect for deadlines matter more to me than the number of hours you sit at the keyboard.
