During my PhD I started working on the classification issues, especially on radar and mammography image processing, feature selection and classification. I got experience in image enhancment, denoising, edge detection and change detection, features extraction as well as cancer classification. SVM, KNN, LNA, PCA are some of the techniques I used in order to classify potential target or cancer in images. Dear Sir / Madame This is my best estimate to deploy an algorithm that can achieve the accuracy specified. Over the course of my career I've designed and built four x-Ray based projects. If you are interested I would be happy to bid on a complete system that would produce high resolution high quality images then follow them through to a GUI and algorithm.
