Crime Prediction Project

I have 17 years working as a Crime Analyst, where I predict crimes using historical data, this is my passion, and I want my first job with freelancer to get a good review, which is why my rate is a little lower. If the project does not require a lot of accuracy then my projected delivery date will be significantly reduced. Step 1 - Evaluate your crime data, and if necessary map the locations, create grids and districts, use simple logic patterns to fill in blank and missing data if possible. The more data points that are included in the data, the more accurate the predication. Does it include time span information, arrest information, victim information, location type information, and adjudication data. Step 2 - Based upon the data evaluation develop a model to extrapolate trends, and predictions. Step 3 - Enrich the model with other commonly available data sets, for example - Weather, Temperature, School Schedules, Major Sport Team Events, and community development. Step 4 - Finalize the model and algorithm, and test it on the next round of incoming data. If the scope of the project is too wide, or the data not complete enough I will let you know immediately and not charge you for your time.
