A HIGHLY ORGANIZED Virtual Assistant required for:
1. Responding to customer service calls & emails
2. Setting up meetings
3. Customer Support
4. Sales and marketing campaigns (Incl. Telesales, internet, email, etc)
5. Website product input & maintenance
6. General Administration (Excel/Word/Access/etc)
7. Personal Assistant to the DIRECTOR.
8. Internet Research/Posting/Reporting/etc.
9. Data entry & processing
We are a small multi discipline company (Mostly Architectural Services) in South Africa. We are looking for a Virtual Assistant to assist us with the day to day running of our company. There is a commission opportunity to this position.
NB. WE PREFER A FEMALE ASSISTANT. WE WILL CONDUCT A DIRECT CHAT WITH YOU BEFORE APPOINTING YOU. A BUBBLY PERSONALITY AND FLUENCY IN ENGLISH IS A MUST.
To be considered for the job, you must meet these absolute requirements:
- YOU MUST SPEAK FLUENT ENGLISH.
- Proficient English writing skills.
- Should be able to work 8am to 4pm – GMT +2 Time zone
- High attention to detail
- Permanent and Fast internet connection
- Great customer service skills
- Knowledge of Skype
- You must not be a part of an agency.
- Know what is going on within the industry by web search
