Primary responsibility of this position is to assist the management team. Some of the responsibilities include helping with HR processes, data entry, organizing and electronic filing of documents, etc.
The key requirements for this position are "being highly organized" and having a high degree of "problem solving skills". This position is not to be confused with simple secretarial work. Those who qualify for the position should be able to formulate viable solutions with minimum instructions from the management.
