Administrative Assistant

Administrative Assistants on a contract or contract to hire basis. The ideal candidates to fill this position must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

Handle high level of inbound and outgoing calls on a daily basis

Provide routine administrative support to include composing and typing documents, creating spreadsheets, sending emails, filing, faxing, etc.

Prepare and process expense reports

Create all necessary daily, weekly and monthly reports

Provide quality computer and office support with professionalism and knowledge of office procedures and policies


Associate's degree preferred

2-3 years of Administrative Assistant experience

Proficient in Word and Excel

Strong communication skills, both written and oral

Must be organized and able to multi-task
