WE NEED PROVIDERS THAT ARE LOCATED "CLOSE TO" THE OPPOSITE TIME ZONE TO THE USA WEST COAST PACIFIC STANDARD TIME.
FOR EXAMPLE OUR DAY IS YOUR NIGHT AND VICE VERSA.

WE WILL FIRST START YOU OUT ON A LOW VOLUME LEVEL....1-4 AT A TIME....UNTIL YOU CAN SHOW US YOU CAN COMPLETE THEM WITH SPEED AND ACCURACY .PLEASE LOOK AT THE EXAMPLE ATTACHMENT PROVIDED. ON THAT ATTACHMENT IS A "SAMPLE" BROKER PRICE OPINION AS WELL AS A SAMPLE MULTIPLE LISTING SHEET FOR 6 PROPERTIES. PROPERTY.
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING IS ENTERING CERTAIN DATA FROM THE PROPERTY SHEET TO THE BPO SHEET.
So here is how the process would go:
We would email the Address of the assignment order-This is also called the "subject property"
We would also email you the (6) PROPERTY SHEETS(COMPARABLE PHOTOS) LIKE THE 6 THAT ARE ATTACHED TO THIS PROJECT.
We would also email you the "Subject Property" photos THAT WE TAKE OF THE PROPERTY WE ARE ANALYZING
You would do the following:
-Enter the data from each comparable PROPERTIES we send you (6) total on to the BPO form
FIRST YOU WILL LOOK UP THE PROPERTY ON THE TAX RECORDS(WE WILL PROVIDE YOU THE WEBSITE)
-You will first enter the tax data(square feet , lot size, etc)
-Then enter the comparable data. As you enter the data from each comparable you will also attach the photo from that particular comparable on to the BPO form AS DIRECTED.
-you will attach the "Subject" property photos we send you(7 total) to the appropriate place on form
-then you notify us your finished.
We will have a "cheat sheet" for you that will show you what to enter in the fields that require some subjective opinions.
It take several orders till you get use to the particular vendors form that we work with. However once you get the hang of it, you will be able to do each assignment in 30-45 minutes MAX depending on how good you are. We are slow typers and also slow at data entry. We can do the "analysis" part(The part you wouldnt have to do) as well as the comparable data(your part) in 45 mins to 1 hour max. So if your a "quick" study you should do it faster.
Indicate if you have more than 1 person that can work with you. This is not required but we want to know that as the volume goes up if you can expand or we need to hire another.

IF YOU BID $2 PER BPO THAN 30 BPO ASSIGNMENTS EQUALS $60 dollars
IF YOU BID $3 PER BPO THAN 30 ASSIGNMENTS EQUALS $90 DOLLARS
