The project in brief is as follows:
1. An output template. (A)
1. Excel sheet containing about a 100 workbooks in turn containing property rates. (B)
2. Excel sheet with a single work sheet containing a list of relevant info relevant to the data in excel sheet B. (C)
Taking some info from (B) and (C) and placing them in template A format and save the info on a separate excel file.
The straight forward way of doing this is copy data in B to the template, and add 3 columns in the new template with information from data sheet C. While transfering the data, you need to replace empty rows with 0. A single excel sheet is not longer than your computer screen. (you won't need to scroll down)
So, bid for a 100 entries. It takes me about 5 minutes to add one excel sheet, but then your speed matters too.
VERY IMPORTANT: The output need to be accurate in its entriety or you will be forced to revise everything . . . without telling you the errors we found or how many they are.
