Here is what we do in the excel spreadsheet:
1) We will check only whole address, if match then we will put in remarks as “Verified”
2) If we found contact name, then we will add if not added in excel file. Otherwise leave blank
3) If record is verified or Amended then shall we created pdf file for this company. We found that all the
codes are same number.
4) If any fields are changed – update old data, and mark that there has been a change. So in the verified
column put ‘Amended’ perhaps?
5)If records is not found then we will put in remarks as "Not found".
6)NEW SOURCE DATE: Please put here copyright year which you will find on bottom line in firm's website or
SOURCE DATE from other source or directory.
7) If you can not find NEW SOURCE DATE, please put there pdf create date in all "Amended" and "Verified"
