After reviewing my needs on the mailing list you are working on as well as the other two lists that already exist I have determined that I need to database all these lists.
In addition I have another list of 112 names for datamining from a website.
All told the database will contain apx. 1,141 records inclusive of the 827 you are working on now and the 112 that still need to be datamined.
My feeling is that XL would work fine, but if you prefer access that would also be ok.
Database format - Fields Should be as follows:
Title 1 *** See notes below
Title 2 *** See notes below
Profession +++ See notes below
Area of Practice ^^^ See notes below
*** Esq. should be filled in this field for all but those in the list called SO CAL Mediators [url removed, login to view]
For that List, Esq. should be filled in to Title 1 where Esq. is after their name in the website. In addition, Title 2 should be filled in with "Mediator"
For all others (not in SO CAL Mediators [url removed, login to view]), Title 2 should be "Attorney at Law"
+++ Profession "Attorney" should be filled in this field for all but those in the list called SO CAL Mediators [url removed, login to view]
For that List, Profession is "Mediator"
