500 signup required

Hello, I need someone who can get me at least 500 memebers to join. At least 500 signups. I can pay you $.15 cents per signup. Unique Ip addresses. Signups do not have to be real members as long as each member is created and has a unique id address, email, and name. To track the members there is a referral/ affiliate system on the website so I can track how many people signup. I payout through Paypal only and will only work on the basis that you can prove you are able to provide leads. I will expect to see at least 10 leads before you will receive payment. Then when you have proven yourself, we can negotiate terms. All signups will be verified so please do not bid if you cannot guarantee unique IPs and email. Each signup takes these steps. 1.
