I need at least five people to handle customer support via live chat, and email, answering presales and technical questions. I have my own web based software for you to use. You will be provided tech manuals and three days of paid training. You must familiarize yourselves with the website and shopping cart features. I will also provide you with test sites to train and familiarize yourselves with.

I will provide you with a list of presale FAQ’s and answers. You must familiarize yourself with shopping cart features and functions as this will help you answer any presale questions not present in the list

2) update canned messages as you need
3) 3 or more people to cover 24 hrs/7 days a week

I want prefer a provider that can reach my long term goals. That is, multiple people at your disposal for upgrading the amount of agents. I would like to be able to have multiple e-mail and chat agent on simultaneously.
