Bulk Forward Geocoding for 200k Addresses

I have a spreadsheet (Excel/CSV) containing roughly two-lakh Indian addresses and I need clean latitude–longitude pairs generated for each of them. This is a pure forward-geocoding task: every row already has the full textual address, there is no reverse lookup involved. You may use the tooling or API stack of your choice—Google Maps, OpenStreetMap, Mapbox, Python Geopy, ArcGIS, QGIS, etc.—as long as the final deliverable reaches solid positional accuracy. What matters to me is the finished dataset: one GIS shapefile (point layer) that mirrors every record in the spreadsheet, plus an updated CSV with the new coordinate columns and any status notes for addresses that could not be matched.
