Dashboard Banking Spreadsheet
1. Looking for an excel spreadsheet to use with work
2. I Copy banking transactions (+ for money in and -for money out) from bank and paste to spreadsheet
3. The transaction date will be copied and pasted too
4. From a drop down menu I allocate a cost to the business for each transaction (these will be supplied but rent, water, stock etc)
5. I Choose a bank to assign to the transaction (WORK, DIRECTOR LOAN, OTHER) for each transaction
6. The dashboard to show cumulative costs, turnover, profit, directors loan balance, bank balance
7. At the start of each month manually input an opening balance for each bank and a stock figure. At the end on the month the spreadsheet should work out closing figures with the option to manually adjust so it balances
8. One cumulative running total to show annual financial summary
9. The year runs from January to December
10. This means when I finish input on the 31st of December the summary page and the dashboard will show the full years annual performance
11. This information will then be emailed to an accountant
12. There is no data entry on your part just the spreadsheet
