The report should follow a clean, narrative style—no tables—mirroring the order of questions exactly as they appear in my form. Each respondent must end up with a separate document, grouped strictly by individual response. Standard text formatting is fine; I don’t require custom headers, footers, or special fonts, just clear headings that use the question text and body paragraphs that hold the answers. Ideally the process runs inside Google Workspace (Apps Script or a comparable integration), triggers the moment a form is submitted, and stores the generated Word files in my Drive. If you prefer to export a batch manually from Sheets first, that’s acceptable so long as the final output meets the layout requirement and can be repeated easily.
