I have a lot of data that I need to go through. In order to facilitate this process, I'd like to represent this data in a more human digestible form. One input dataset consists of (order of 100) lines in the following form:

N: 0, St: 4, PID: 2212, M1: -1, M2: -1, D1: 17, D2: 24

N: 1, St: 4, PID: 2212, M1: -1, M2: -1, D1: 18, D2: 27

N: 2, St: 21, PID: -3, M1: 6, M2: -1, D1: 4, D2: 5

N: 3, St: 21, PID: 3, M1: 7, M2: -1, D1: 4, D2: 5

N: 4, St: 23, PID: -13, M1: 2, M2: -1, D1: 8, D2: 8

N: 11, St: 41, PID: 21, M1: 17, M2: -1, D1: 6, D2: 16

N: 17, St: 61, PID: 21, M1: 0, M2: -1, D1: 11, D2: 11

(I left out most of the data, for a complete dataset see my attached file.) There can be more data in one line, but this is what I'm interested in. We start on the first two lines and follow the fields D1 and D2. For example (the numbers are from the field N):

0 --> 17 & 24

17 --> 11 --> 6 & 16 --> ...

and for the second line:

1 --> 18 & 27

18 --> ...

27 --> ...

So there's an avalanche of numbers, until both D1 and D2 are -1 (then we stop).

instead of the line numbers I want to represent the lines by the fields PID, St *and* line number. Right now I represent it as PID^{St}_{N}, i.e. instead of

0 --> 17

in the example above, I would write

2212^{4}_{0} --> 21^{61}_{17}

The PID and possibly also the St will be changed according to a dictionary, i.e. instead of 2212 I might want to represent it as "x", and instead of 21, I want it as "y". I will write the dictionary myself, just make sure it can be easily included in the end, i.e. use a dummy dictionary that I will then modify myself.

For the final representation of the data, I'm awaiting your ideas. It should be simple to go through all the numbers, but also simple in terms of coding. The simplest solution I have at hand, is just using a similar (textual) representation as above, but using LaTeX, so the upper- and lower-scripts can be rendered nicely. If you have a better idea, please include an example of how the solution might look like.

Note: I will not consider offers that do not explain to me what language they are going to use and how they envision the final graphical representation (just very roughly). If you do not add this information, I have to assume that you cannot read, and I'm afraid I'm looking for someone that can read. If you prove to me that you can read, I'm happy to answer all questions that you might have.

Don't worry about adding 20 % on the amount that you would typically bid for such a project.
