I need reliable support with the day-to-day entry, cleanup, and organization of my financial records. The work revolves around invoices, receipts, bank statements, and similar documents that must be transferred into structured spreadsheets and, when needed, into basic accounting software (Excel, Google Sheets, and occasionally QuickBooks Online). Accuracy and a respect for confidentiality are essential—any typo in a figure or misplaced decimal could throw off monthly reporting. You’ll receive scanned documents and transaction exports in batches. Your tasks include: • Entering each item with the correct date, amount, vendor, and account code • Flagging inconsistencies or missing information so I can track down the source documents • Maintaining clear file names and folder structures so everything can be traced quickly I’ll provide a short set of formatting rules and an example sheet before we begin. To help me choose the right fit, tell me about similar financial data work you’ve handled and which spreadsheet or bookkeeping tools you’re most comfortable with.
