Senior Presentation Designer — Immediate Hiring (8–10 positions) Locations: Remote (global) Project duration: Aug–Oct 2025 (short high-intensity sprints) Hiring: 8–10 specialist designers Experience: Minimum 3 years professional presentation design (senior-level) Confidentiality: NDA required — work with sensitive corporate decks About the project We’re supporting a major, confidential corporate event and need an elite team (8–10 designers) to standardize, format, and enhance 65+ PowerPoint decks (additional batches possible). Decks vary between 20–80 slides; work ranges from light QC to heavy visual redesigns. This is a high-visibility, high-pressure engagement — only apply if you thrive under tight deadlines. What you’ll do • Apply the official master PPTX template and event brand guide consistently across decks. • Standardize typography, spacing, grids, colors, footers, and master slide usage. • Redesign and improve charts, tables, infographics, and data visualizations for clarity and brand fit. • Crop/retouch/replace images and convert/implement icon assets (AI/SVG/PNG) into PPT-ready formats. • Triage decks quickly into effort tiers (light / moderate / heavy) and estimate time to complete. • Deliver clean PPTX files (and PDFs when requested), with correct filenames and version control. • Work with project managers and QC leads to resolve feedback fast and rework as needed. • Follow strict confidentiality and file security protocols. Must-have skills & experience • Minimum 3 years focused presentation design experience (agency, consulting, or enterprise). • Expert-level Microsoft PowerPoint skills: master slides, themes, slide layouts, and advanced formatting. • Strong graphic design fundamentals: layout, hierarchy, typography, and color. • Skilled in chart redesign (Excel to PPT), infographics, and visual simplification of dense content. • Comfortable using Adobe Illustrator / Photoshop to prep assets and convert .ai icons. • Experience working with brand templates and enforcing brand rules at scale. • Proven ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple decks simultaneously. • Attention to detail: pixel-perfect alignment, consistent spacing, and error-free deliverables. • Professional communication and English reading/writing skills. Preferred • Prior experience on conference or high-volume event decks. • Familiarity with accessibility basics (color contrast, reading order). • Experience in a follow-the-sun / cross-time-zone workflow. • Comfortable with collaboration tools (Dropbox, Google Drive, project trackers). Deliverables & working model • Deliver PPTX files (editable masters retained) and PDF exports when requested. • Follow our file naming and version control standards (we will provide). • Participate in daily status updates during active windows. • Work may require extended hours during 5–6 day sprint windows — confirm availability beforehand.
