SQL Stored Procedure, InsertScript Bug Fix

I’m working in SSMS 19 and relying on a stored procedure plus its accompanying insert script to feed several reporting views. Right now the procedure runs without errors. Basically I am displaying the user rights table data in the reports totally via sp and insertscript in (Yes/No format) , where it joins on the basis of admin/non-admin/menu-rights/view...etc. there are two fields where I am not getting via data is populating correctly (canwhatsapp/cansms..some other)
