I need a single code-base that ships as both an Android application and a desktop program so my office, warehouse and field teams all see the same data in real time. The first module is warranty management for batteries and chargers. It must handle tracking the warranty period, managing claims as they arise and sending clear notification alerts before any unit goes out of coverage. A scan or quick search should pull up the serial number, show remaining days and let staff open or close a claim with photos and notes attached. The second module records every salesman’s tour. From the morning it should lay out a daily route plan on a map, let the rep log each customer visit with GPS stamp and immediately capture expenses against that day’s run. Managers will later review distance, calls made and cost per tour from the desktop dashboard. Finally, I want a lightweight inventory screen that monitors secondary shops’ stock in-and-out movement so we always know which dealer is holding which model and quantity.
