Delphi Function to find child window from external program and bring to top

Write small function I will use in a timer to run every 2 seconds I will send down to the function a windows handle to a program, the program should make sure this program is on top with SetWindowPos(WindowHandle, HWND_TOPMOST, 0, 0, 0, 0, SWP_NOSIZE or SWP_NOMOVE); However if the given program has or displays a child form of any sort the child window should be on top. This function would be inside a timer and run every 2 seconds Include the word BlueMagic in your response Dont bid for this more then $50
