I need a developer who can build a Windows-based desktop accounting application from scratch. The program must run smoothly on modern Windows machines and cover the essentials: creating and sending professional invoices, tracking day-to-day expenses, and generating clear financial reports that I can export or print for my records and for tax filings. While I am flexible about the underlying tech stack—whether you prefer C#, Java, Electron, or another proven desktop framework—the final installable should feel lightweight, intuitive, and fast. A clean UI/UX is important; I don’t want my team fighting through menus to log expenses or pull month-end statements.
