AWS DevOps Engineer Needed

*Position: AWS DevOps Engineer* Experience: 8–9 Years Contract Duration: 12 Months *Salary: ₹40,000 per month* *About the Role* We are seeking an experienced AWS DevOps Engineer to join our Automation Frameworks team, driving transformation across development, QA, release, and product teams. This role focuses on building and enhancing automation tools and CI/CD pipelines while standardizing best practices across the organization. You will design and implement scalable DevOps solutions leveraging AWS Cloud (mandatory), Chef, Ansible, Jenkins, and other modern DevOps tools. *Key Responsibilities* Design, develop, and optimize deployment automation using Chef (Cookbooks/Recipes) and Ansible (Playbooks/Roles). Build and maintain robust CI/CD pipelines in Jenkins, integrating tools like SonarQube, Maven, Artifactory, and Bitbucket (Git). Implement scalable and sustainable solutions using AWS Cloud infrastructure and services. Manage full lifecycle of services—from design and deployment to operations and performance tuning. Drive automation efforts to improve system reliability, reduce manual intervention, and increase deployment velocity. Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and implement long-term improvements. Work collaboratively with globally distributed teams across multiple time zones. Demonstrate urgency, ownership, and effective decision-making in high-pressure environments. *Must-Have Technical Skills* Strong hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services (EC2, S3, IAM, CloudFormation/Terraform, etc.) Expertise in Chef and Ansible for configuration management and automation Solid experience with Jenkins pipelines and integration with CI/CD toolchains (SonarQube, Maven, Artifactory) Proficiency in Bitbucket/Git for source control Strong knowledge of Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) and automation frameworks Experience with monitoring and observability tools (CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana) Familiarity with Terraform for infrastructure provisioning (strong advantage) *Mandatory Skills* (XLR Required) XLR (XL Release / [login to view URL] Release) Dynatrace Splunk AWS Soft Skills Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting ability with a full-stack mindset Excellent communication and collaboration skills across global teams Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-stakes environments with multiple priorities
