I am moving my production environment to a freshly provisioned Droplet on DigitalOcean and need the entire mobile stack (Android + iOS + admin panel) to follow along smoothly. You will start by spinning up the new server, hardening it, and configuring it for the application. I already have full access credentials and all current configuration files, so nothing should block you from replicating settings, ports, SSL, environment variables, and any services the app relies on. Once the server is live, the codebase (mobile apps and admin panel) must be reviewed so every hard-coded or referenced endpoint is pointed to the new domain/IP. That includes .env files, API base URLs, and any build-time constants. When you are confident all calls route correctly, compile a clean Android build, then upload it to a Closed Testing track in Google Play Console for 12 designated testers and keep the track active for 14 days. For iOS, build the updated binary in Xcode and submit it through App Store Connect as an app update. Deliverables • DigitalOcean server provisioned, secured, and fully configured for the app • Codebase cleaned of old URLs and redeployed • Android APK/AAB uploaded to Google Play Closed Testing (12 testers, 14-day window) • iOS build submitted to App Store for review • Final verification that admin panel ↔ backend ↔ mobile apps communicate flawlessly on the new server, with a brief handover report describing key configuration points and any next-step recommendations Feel free to reference common DevOps tools (e.g., Docker, CI/CD pipelines) if they speed up the workflow, but plain-vanilla provisioning is fine too—the main priority is zero downtime and a clean, testable migration.

Hello A migration like this is less about moving files and more about making sure every service continues working without interruption. I'd start by replicating the existing environment on the new DigitalOcean Droplet, verify everything there, and only then switch production. I can provision and secure the server, migrate the application, update all API endpoints, environment variables, SSL, and build configurations, then verify communication between the backend, admin panel, Android, and iOS apps before deployment. ✋I'm also comfortable handling Google Play Closed Testing, App Store Connect submissions, Docker/CI-CD workflows, and preparing handover document with the final configuration. * What backend stack is the application using? * Are the Android and iOS apps native or built with Flutter/React Native? Once I review the current setup, I can plan a smooth migration with minimal or zero downtime. Thanks : )

Hi, I can handle the complete migration of your production environment to a new DigitalOcean Droplet with a focus on security, zero downtime, and a smooth rollout across your backend, admin panel, Android, and iOS apps. I have already developed and migrated similar client platforms involving DigitalOcean, Docker, SSL, API integrations, Android/iOS deployments, Google Play Closed Testing, and App Store Connect submissions. My approach: Provision and secure the new DigitalOcean server Replicate services, SSL, ports, environment variables, and dependencies Update all backend/API endpoints, .env files, and mobile build configurations Deploy and verify end-to-end communication Generate Android AAB, upload to Google Play Closed Testing (12 testers), and submit the updated iOS build via App Store Connect Perform final testing and provide a concise handover report A couple of questions: Are you using Docker for the current production deployment, or is it a native server setup? Do you already have the new domain/DNS ready, or should I handle the DNS cutover as part of the migration? Looking forward to discussing your project! Thankls Rahul

This looks like a great fit, I will provision and harden the new Droplet, replicate your current config (SSL, env variables, ports, services), then sweep the entire codebase for hard-coded endpoints so every API call points to the new server before anything goes live. On a similar migration last year, I ran the old and new servers in parallel during testing, which made the cutover zero-downtime. I will do the same here. Once verified, I will compile the AAB for Google Play Closed Testing with your 12 testers and submit the updated iOS binary through App Store Connect. Questions: 1) Is the app containerized (Docker), or is it running directly on the Droplet? 2) Do you have an active Apple Developer enrollment and Google Play Console access ready to go? Send me a message and we can go over the details. Best regards, Kamran

Hi, a clean cutover to a new Droplet with zero downtime is very doable, especially since you already have the configs and creds ready to go. That's the part most people underestimate on migrations like this - the actual server hardening is quick, it's chasing down every hard-coded API URL across the mobile apps and admin panel that eats the time. I'd provision and lock down the Droplet first (SSH keys, firewall, SSL, matching ports/services), then go through the codebase for .env files and build-time constants before touching the builds. Android AAB to Closed Testing with your 12 testers is straightforward. For iOS I'll need your Apple Developer access to push through App Store Connect. My team's been doing full-stack JS and mobile deployment work for years, mostly server migrations and app updates for existing production apps. Happy to start with the server setup so you can see progress before the app builds even begin.

Hi, Your project is a great match for my experience with server migrations, mobile app deployments, and production infrastructure. I understand that the priority is a seamless migration with zero downtime, ensuring the backend, admin panel, Android, and iOS apps all communicate flawlessly after the move. I have 10+ years of experience with DigitalOcean, Linux, Docker, Nginx, SSL, Node.js/PHP, Android, iOS, and CI/CD. I can provision and harden the new Droplet, migrate the application, update all API endpoints, redeploy the admin panel, and handle both Google Play Closed Testing and App Store Connect submissions. A few questions: What technologies are the backend and admin panel built with (Node.js, Laravel, PHP, etc.)? Are the Android and iOS apps native, Flutter, React Native, or Ionic? Is the database staying on the current server or migrating to the new Droplet as well? Do you already have SSL certificates and domain DNS ready for the cutover? I'll provide a documented migration plan, verify end-to-end communication across all components, and deliver a complete handover with configuration notes and recommendations. Looking forward to working with you. Best Regards DInesh L

Migrating to a fresh DigitalOcean Droplet is usually smooth until DNS cutover and SSL renewal, which is where most production moves cause avoidable downtime. The safest way to handle this is to stand up the full stack on the new Droplet, verify it end to end, then flip DNS with a low TTL so rollback stays trivial if anything misbehaves. I've done exactly this kind of production migration, including one where I cut a site's load time from 4+ seconds to sub-second on the new environment while keeping downtime near zero. Since you mentioned app store testing, I'd also make sure the API endpoints and SSL certs the app relies on stay stable through the switch, so your builds don't fail review mid-migration. I typically get monitoring and a backup snapshot in place before touching anything live, so there's always a clean point to fall back to. What does your current server setup look like, and is there a hard deadline tied to the app store submission?

Hi there, Embarking on a server migration can often lead to downtime, misconfigured services, and broken endpoints. However, with my expertise in DigitalOcean provisioning and mobile app deployment, I ensure a seamless transition with zero downtime. I will replicate the environment accurately, review and adjust your codebase, and manage the Android and iOS builds, ensuring all endpoints are correctly routed to the new server. Here are my questions: Could you clarify if any third-party services require reconfiguration? Also, are there any CI/CD pipelines currently in place that I should be aware of? Let's discuss your project now!

Hi - Mateo here from Toronto. The tricky part of a migration like this isn't the server setup - its making sure every endpoint reference in the mobile codebase gets caught before the build. Hard-coded URLs and build-time constants buried in .env files are easy to miss and they only surface as silent failures after the app is already live on the new server. I've deployed React Native and Flutter apps and know where to look. My approach: provision and harden the Droplet first, replicate SSL, ports, environment variables and services from your current config files, then do a full codebase sweep for old URLs before compiling a single build. Android AAB uploaded to Closed Testing with your 12 testers, iOS binary submitted through App Store Connect, then end-to-end verification that admin panel, backend and mobile apps all communicate cleanly on the new server. Handover report covers key config points and anything worth watching post-migration. One thing outside our control: App Store review timing on Apple's side typically runs 1-3 days, so I'd factor that into the overall window rather than the build timeline.

I will start by provisioning and securing the new DigitalOcean Droplet exactly like your current server, ensuring SSL, ports, environment variables, and services match perfectly to avoid any downtime. From past migrations, this approach reliably keeps everything stable during the switch. Next, I’ll audit your codebase for any hard-coded URLs or API endpoints, updating them to point to the new server IP or domain. I’ve handled similar mobile-admin stacks before, so I know where to look in .env files and build configs to catch everything. For the Android app, I will build a clean version and set up the Closed Testing track in Google Play Console, making sure all 12 testers have access for the full 14 days without interruptions. For iOS, I will produce the Xcode build and submit it via App Store Connect, following their standards to avoid delays. Do you currently use any deployment automation or CI/CD pipelines to speed up builds? If not, I can suggest simple scripts to make this migration smoother and repeatable. Once everything is live, I will verify the full communication chain between admin panel, backend, and mobile apps and provide a concise handover report with any next-step advice. Ready to begin provisioning the new server immediately.

I understand you need to migrate your entire mobile stack, including Android, iOS, and your admin panel, to a new DigitalOcean Droplet. I have successfully migrated complex production environments to new cloud infrastructure, replicating all critical configurations like ports, SSL, and environment variables, ensuring zero downtime for users. My process will involve provisioning and hardening the Droplet, then meticulously configuring it to mirror your current server's setup using Ansible for automation. I'll deploy your application code, set up Nginx for SSL and reverse proxying, and ensure all necessary background services are running. For app store testing, I will build test builds for both Android and iOS, ready for your review and submission. What is the current database technology and how will it be migrated? Ready to start as soon as you confirm scope.

Hi, A production migration isn't just about moving the server—it's about making sure the backend, admin panel, and both mobile apps continue working without disruption. I'll provision and secure the new DigitalOcean Droplet, replicate the existing environment, and verify SSL, services, environment variables, and API connectivity before switching production traffic. Once everything is validated, I'll update all API endpoints and `.env` files, build the Android and iOS apps, upload the Android build to Google Play Closed Testing, submit the iOS update through App Store Connect, and perform end-to-end testing before handover. My first milestone will be getting the new server fully configured and verifying communication between the backend and applications before updating the production builds. A couple of quick questions: * Is the current deployment using Docker or a direct server setup? * Will the DNS also move to the new server? Share the current deployment details, and I'll review everything, identify any migration risks, and provide a realistic timeline before we begin. Lets discuss. Regards Abhishek
