I'm looking for help conducting a customer journey check that will be carried out on a quarterly basis. The purpose of this check is to increase conversion rates on our website. We want to ensure the customer journey is as smooth as possible, and that potential customers have an easy and positive experience from start to finish. The check should focus on identifying any pain points in the journey, and on improving customer satisfaction so that customers can complete their purchases quickly and without difficulty. With this customer journey check, we hope to be able to improve our website and our customers' experience, leading to increased engagement and conversions.
Business is mobile bike services - all booking and almost all advertising is digital. Shopify doesn’t show at which point we are losing the ca 400 people who land on the site each week. Project may be expanded depending on outcome of initial work.
