US Discord Game Night Host -- 2

@KurtSiebritz

Consider this ✍️The key hosting a weekly Discord game night requires excellent communication and engagement skills. I understand the importance of keeping players engaged and ensuring the rules are clear during the game night, hosting in English. You mentioned running a 1-2 hour Discord voice-channel session weekly. What usually matters most here is tracking scores and providing a recap after each session. I have worked on similar game nights where players felt valued and included. So I know the challenges of managing a diverse group and keeping the game flowing. My approach would involve: • Creating an inviting atmosphere for players to engage. • I would explain the rules clearly and encourage participation. • Tracking scores accurately and posting recaps promptly. • Maintaining a lively discussion to keep interest high. • Ensuring all players feel included and valued during the game. What challenges have you faced in running these game nights? Best, Kurt.
