Django answer selection form

I need to create an interface using Django which will show answers to a question (split according to sentences - this will be provided) and allow the user to select sentences. The selected sentences will be passed to the next page where the user can cluster them into groups.
To give more details. I want to create a question model which is associated with many answers. Each answer is associated with many sentences. Then the form should display the question, followed by answers, where each answer shows many sentences. The user can then select any number of sentences from any answer. Then when the user submits, we get the sentences which were selected and pass them to the second page. On the second page, the user can drag and drop the sentences into different groups, and when they click submit we register which cluster they put the sentence into.
