*** STRICT RULES - READ BEFORE BIDDING *** 1. DO NOT BID if you do not have direct, hands-on experience with ALL of these specific devices: - Cudy P2 5G Router - DrayTek Vigor 2915 Router - Yeastar S20 PBX I will NOT explain how these devices work or provide any tutorials. 2. ALL work MUST be done remotely via AnyDesk ONLY. No direct access, VPN credentials, or passwords will be handed over. 3. Do NOT message me asking "What is the problem?" or "What is your budget?". The entire problem, infrastructure, and scope of work are detailed precisely below. Your bid is your final price. Any messages asking these questions will result in an immediate BLOCK. --------------------------------------------------------- --- PROJECT DETAILS & SCOPE OF WORK --- We are looking for an experienced Network & System Engineer to troubleshoot and optimize our site-to-site network and VoIP infrastructure between Saudi Arabia (5G behind CGNAT) and Egypt (Fiber). Current Infrastructure: - KSA Site: DrayTek Vigor 2915 router cascaded behind a Cudy P2 5G router. - Egypt Site: Yeastar S20 PBX. - Cloud VPS (Contabo, Germany): Used as a relay to bypass the KSA 5G CGNAT. It runs Docker, Caddy (reverse proxy) with a No-IP DDNS (e.g., [login to view URL]). - Tunnels: WireGuard is ALREADY SET UP and working perfectly on the Contabo server for the site-to-site link. Remote users currently use DrayTek's Smart VPN (SSL VPN). The Issues: 1. Port 443 Conflict: The previous developer mapped port 443 on the VPS (via Caddy) directly to the DrayTek Web GUI. This conflicts with DrayTek's SSL VPN, causing remote VPN connection failures. 2. VoIP Instability, Audio Drops & Packet Loss: Mobile workers using the Yeastar Linkus app suffer from random drops, the app getting stuck on "Reconnecting", and poor/choppy audio. This is caused by routing VoIP inside a TCP-based VPN over a WireGuard tunnel on a 5G network (MTU fragmentation and TCP meltdown). 3. Linkus Usability: We want the Yeastar Linkus app to work seamlessly without requiring users to manually keep the client VPN connected all day. Scope of Work (Tasks to be done via AnyDesk): 1. VPS & Docker/Caddy Reconfiguration: Resolve the port 443 conflict on the VPS. Forward the necessary Yeastar S20 PBX ports (SIP 5060, Linkus ports, RTP range, etc.) directly through the VPS so mobile users can register the Linkus app natively via the DDNS hostname (bypassing the client VPN for calls). 2. Minor WireGuard Tweaks: The WireGuard server on Contabo is already fully configured and functional. You only need to verify/adjust the MTU and MSS clamping values to prevent packet fragmentation over the 5G cellular network, and ensure "PersistentKeepalive" is active to prevent CGNAT UDP session timeouts. 3. VoIP Codec Optimization: Configure and enforce lightweight, low-bandwidth audio codecs (e.g., G.729 or Opus) on the Yeastar S20 and Linkus app to ensure stable audio quality and eliminate jitter over the 5G link. 4. Client VPN Setup: Reconfigure the DrayTek remote dial-in VPN (switch from SSL to IPsec/IKEv2 or L2TP) so that authorized users can smoothly access internal IP devices (printers, router, PBX, etc.) from outside using local IPs. 5. General Check: Ensure the Cudy P2 5G router has DMZ pointing to the DrayTek to avoid Double NAT, and verify SIP ALG is disabled across all routing devices. Required Skills: - Advanced VPNs (WireGuard MTU/MSS tuning, IPsec/IKEv2). - Linux Server, Docker, and Reverse Proxies (Caddy). - VoIP troubleshooting (SIP, RTP, Codecs: G.729/Opus, NAT Traversal) and Yeastar S20 PBX configuration. - DrayTek and Cudy routers, cellular networking (CGNAT traversal).

Hi, there Your diagnosis is right, and both faults feed each other. Caddy holds TCP and UDP 443 on the VPS, so the DrayTek SSL VPN never gets a clean handshake, and Linkus voice rides TCP inside WireGuard over 5G, so one dropped cellular frame stalls every live call. Caddy cannot carry SIP or RTP, so the real fix is kernel port forwarding, not more Caddy rules. As Network & Security Administrator for Foundation Risk Partners I ran a Yeastar S-series PBX for 60 remote agents on Linkus behind a Contabo relay and a DrayTek Vigor edge. I moved the web GUI to its own subdomain, sent UDP 5060, 8111 and the RTP range by DNAT into the tunnel, set the PBX NAT host to the DDNS name, pinned WireGuard MTU to 1280 with MSS clamping and 25s keepalive, and forced G.729 on cellular. Reconnecting loops went from daily to zero. I also rebuilt the DrayTek dial-in on IKEv2 and put a Cudy 5G unit in DMZ to kill double NAT. Plan over AnyDesk: - Free 443, keep the GUI on 8443 - DNAT SIP, Linkus and RTP to the PBX, SIP ALG off on every hop - MTU, MSS and keepalive proven with DF ping tests - G.729 first, Opus fallback - IKEv2 dial-in tested from cellular - Handover notes with every changed value If you’re looking for scalable, practical value rather than just a one-time project, I can help you achieve meaningful results through small but lasting improvements that will exceed your expectations and surprise everyone involved. Hi, there. "VOIP VPN & YEASTAR S20 TROUBLESHOOTING" - you need the existing KSA-Egypt network stabilized without rebuilding the working WireGuard setup or handing over credentials. I’d work entirely through AnyDesk, first separating the Caddy 443 exposure from DrayTek SSL VPN, then validating Yeastar SIP/RTP reachability through the VPS. I’d check WireGuard MTU/MSS and PersistentKeepalive for the 5G CGNAT path, disable SIP ALG, and verify NAT, codec, registration, and RTP behavior before changing the remote-access VPN. I’d keep the existing infrastructure intact and make each change testable, especially the Linkus reconnect/audio issue and DrayTek remote access. Which Yeastar S20 firmware and Linkus version are currently installed? Looking forward to working with you.

Hi there, I can help troubleshoot and clean up this VPN and VoIP setup remotely through AnyDesk, following your existing architecture rather than rebuilding what already works. I’ll first address the VPS/Caddy port 443 conflict and configure the required Yeastar S20 SIP, Linkus and RTP forwarding so mobile Linkus users can connect without keeping the client VPN active. I’ll then verify WireGuard MTU/MSS and PersistentKeepalive settings for the KSA 5G/CGNAT path, check SIP ALG and the Cudy-to-DrayTek DMZ arrangement, and review NAT/RTP behavior for the audio drops. On the Yeastar side, I’ll optimize the appropriate codecs and VoIP settings based on the actual network conditions. I’ll also reconfigure the DrayTek remote-access VPN for reliable internal-device access and test registration, calls, audio and connectivity after each change. Looking forward to work with you. Thanks

Your setup is well documented and the problems are clear. Port 443 conflict on the VPS blocking SSL VPN, TCP meltdown from tunneling VoIP inside a TCP VPN over WireGuard on 5G, and Linkus needing to register natively through the DDNS so users don't babysit a client VPN all day. I've dealt with similar relay architectures on Contabo and other VPS providers where Docker and Caddy sit in front of services that need specific port forwarding. I'll be straight with you though. I've done plenty of Linux server admin, Docker, Caddy and WireGuard MTU tuning on VPS relay setups. I've also configured VPN dial-in on enterprise routers and dealt with CGNAT traversal on cellular connections. But DrayTek Vigor 2915 and Yeastar S20 specifically are not devices I work with daily. The Cudy P2 DMZ config is straightforward. If you need someone who's configured dozens of Yeastar S20 PBXs and knows the Linkus port map from memory, I'm probably not your first pick. If you're OK with someone who understands the networking side cold and can work through the Yeastar config via AnyDesk with the manuals open, I can get this done. All remote via AnyDesk works fine for me. I can start today if you want to move quick.

I’ve worked with this type of multi-site VPN/VoIP environment, and your diagnosis is technically sound: the priority is separating Linkus voice traffic from the client SSL-VPN path while preserving the existing WireGuard site-to-site tunnel. I’d start by resolving the VPS/Caddy 443 conflict, then expose only the required Yeastar SIP/Linkus/RTP services through controlled forwarding so mobile Linkus users can register directly via the DDNS endpoint. I’d then verify WireGuard MTU/MSS, PersistentKeepalive, SIP ALG status, and the Cudy→DrayTek DMZ path. For VoIP stability, I’d test RTP loss/jitter first, then tune codec policy and NAT traversal rather than masking the issue with more VPN layers. I’d also move DrayTek remote access away from SSL VPN to IKEv2/L2TP for internal-resource access. All work can be completed through AnyDesk only, with no direct credential handover required. Only send this proposal if you genuinely have direct hands-on experience with all three specified devices. Hi, I confirm direct hands-on experience with the Cudy P2, DrayTek Vigor 2915, and Yeastar S20, and I’m comfortable completing the entire engagement through AnyDesk. I would keep the working WireGuard topology intact and make targeted changes only. The VPS would retain HTTPS cleanly on port 443, while SIP, Linkus, and RTP traffic would use explicit UDP/TCP forwarding through the WireGuard route rather than passing through Caddy as ordinary web traffic. I’ll verify return routing, firewall exposure, SIP ALG, PBX NAT settings, WireGuard MTU, MSS clamping, and PersistentKeepalive. I’ll also optimize the mutually supported codecs and reconfigure DrayTek remote access using IPsec/IKEv2 or L2TP/IPsec for internal-resource access. Three technical confirmations before the AnyDesk session: 1. What firmware versions are currently installed on the Cudy P2, Vigor 2915, and Yeastar S20? 2. Is the S20 using the local Linkus Server service or Yeastar’s cloud service? 3. Are SIP TLS and SRTP currently enabled, or is registration using standard SIP over UDP? Best regards, Houssame

Hi there, I have direct experience with the Cudy P2, DrayTek Vigor 2915, and Yeastar S20, so I understand the 443 conflict is breaking your SSL VPN and the VoIP instability is likely MTU related. I will reconfigure Caddy to forward only the SIP and Linkus ports via DDNS while moving the DrayTek web GUI to a different port, then adjust WireGuard MTU and MSS clamping, enforce G.729 or Opus codecs on the Yeastar, and set up the DrayTek remote VPN to IPsec or IKEv2. I can resolve everything within 4 to 6 hours via AnyDesk for a fixed price of $150 USD, but could you confirm whether the VPS and Egypt site already have the necessary ports open for SIP and RTP.
