Developing search/booking function based on 3 API's

We have developed a webpage for a client who is renting out vacation houses and cabins in Denmark. Now we are looking for a .NET programmer who can help us develop the search and booking module from API’s from 3 different providors.
The webpage is developed in Wordpress, so we think it’s best that the search/booking function with the API’s is a standalone solution that we can just integrate on the webpage.
We have earlier tried to program the API integrations in PHP but didn’t get it to work.
Here is the site: [login to view URL] - And in the search function you can test the one we developed first. It’s collection vacation houses, data, etc. But not availability and booking is not working.
The API’s has also been developed in .NET by a previous freelancer that our customer hired before we were in the picture, but on an old web platform. Here they got all the API’s working fine, the problem was just that they only imported data for the vacation houses once every 24 hours. So, when customer was searching for houses they got up houses that were already booked in the last 24 hours and was not available. And the customer did not get this information before they had gone thru the whole booking process.
We have all the files this freelances programmed and can send them over for review, and maby it’s just some adjustments here and it will work perfect. I don’t know.
This is how we want it to work:
When you make a search on date, duration, people, etc. it’s only going to show the houses that are available for that search. As I understand all these houses and data has to be imported and stored on server/database every 6-24 hour or so, based on how much time it takes to import. Since the provider’s don’t want to many calls against their API’s.
So when you click on a house, then you can make a live call to the API to check if there has been any update’s in availability, because there might be someone who have booked the house in same date in the last 6 hours when you imported all the houses. Then you will know right away.
On all items we can use providers URL for images, so we don’t have to download these.
Documentation and credentials for all 3 API’s will be provided on an own document.
