Fix Crashes in VB.NET App

My existing VB.NET project is behaving unpredictably: it sometimes crashes on startup and, even after it loads, other crashes appear at random. I need these bugs isolated and fixed so the application runs reliably every time it is launched and during normal use. I have not added any custom logging yet, so incorporating meaningful exception handling or a lightweight logging mechanism is welcome if it helps trace the faults quickly.
