Custom Door Shop Drawings

Our workshop fabricates specialty doors that fall outside the usual wood, metal, or glass classifications, and I need a precise set of shop drawings to move the next production run forward. Every drawing must clearly show exact measurements, all relevant material specifications, and the complete schedule of hardware and fittings so our manufacturing team can work without second-guessing. I already work in a custom drawing format—different from standard ANSI or ISO frames—so the final files have to sit neatly inside that template. If you prefer AutoCAD or any comparable CAD platform, that’s fine as long as the exported DWG or DXF respects my layer names and title block. Deliverables • One fully dimensioned plan, elevation, and section for each door • A consolidated materials legend matching our in-house codes • Hardware and fittings call-outs referenced on every sheet • Source CAD files plus print-ready PDFs in my custom title block I’ll provide the template and door schedules once we start, and I’m happy to answer detail questions along the way.
