Cinematic Wedding Film with Drones

Our wedding day needs to be preserved as a true short-form movie. I want the finished film to feel cinematic rather than purely documentary or traditional, so smooth camera movement, dramatic composition, and polished color grading are essential. The cut must weave together: • Aerial drone footage for sweeping establishing shots • Tasteful slow-motion sequences to highlight key emotional moments • A recorded voice-over narration that we will supply after the event I will supply a broad shot list and schedule once the venue confirms timings, but you will have full creative freedom to direct angles, lighting, and transitions that best support a filmic tone. Coverage is required from bridal preparations through the last scheduled formal dance (approximately ten hours). Deliverables • 8–10 minute cinematic highlight film in 4K (H.264 and ProRes) • 60–90 second vertical teaser for social media • Separate clean audio stems and project files for future re-edits • Raw footage on an external SSD we’ll provide at pack-down Acceptance Criteria 1. Drone shots comply with local flight regulations and are free of jitter or prop-wash in the frame. 2. Slow-motion scenes play back at a consistent frame-rate with no frame blending or stutter. 3. Voice-over is mixed clearly, balanced beneath music, and synced to visuals. 4. Final exports delivered within six weeks of the wedding date. We will cover travel within the region and provide meals on the day.
