I have a partially built quadcopter that needs to be taken all the way through to a reliable, flight-ready state for “follow-me” fishing trips. All three remaining stages are still open: • Hardware assembly – final fitting of motors, ESCs, flight controller, GPS and any remaining wiring • Software programming – flashing and configuring the flight stack so the drone can recognise follow-me commands and geo-fence over water • Testing & calibration – full bench tests, PID tuning, compass & GPS calibration, and a live hover test with proof of stable follow-me tracking The air-frame and most components are already on hand; I will share a complete parts list and photos as soon as we start. I’m looking for someone who can guide me over video or handle the work locally (whichever is easier), document every setting you change, and deliver a quad that lifts smoothly, maintains position, and follows a moving boat without drifting. Please include any relevant experience with quadcopters, flight-controller firmware (ArduPilot, Betaflight, iNav, etc.), and radio setup when you reply. Acceptance criteria: stable hover for at least two minutes, accurate follow-me tracking within 2 m, and a short video of the final test flight.
