I hope all is well.
We're going to need your help again if you're willing to assist.
On our website: [url removed, login to view], our ecommerce section tends to cause more harm than good, since it doesn't have any intelligence built into it.
We believe it might be best to just eliminate the "buy now" section and all references to it (ie. all "Buy Now" buttons) on the website and simply replace them with a new call to action that urges visitors to simply call or email:
sales@[url removed, login to view]
I've been trying to upload a file with more details/visuals on where "Buy Now" can be found on the site, but it doesn't seem to be working at the moment. I'll try again later or can email you the file if all else fails.
I'm also wondering how hard it would be to create a staging environment where changes like these could be previewed prior to publishing live? Or is there already a way to do this within our Drupal CMS? I know you can leave things unpublished and preview, but i'm not sure when it comes to working with "views" and other content types.
Anyway, if you agree to help, i'll provide you some login credentials.
Let me know what you think.
