Amazon, Ebay API integrations for my Ebay store

Hello,
I am looking for 3 API integrations. I am preferably looking for people who have worked with these exact APIs before.
I am looking to develop a tool to get data from amazon and relay that to ebay through the APIs, and create a tool that can help manage the data.
1. Ebay APIs. - Either Fulfillment API or CompleteSale API AND cancellation API

• Be able to upload tracking numbers onto ebay
o Overwrite tracking that exist
o Add new tracking
o Mark as shipped without adding tracking
• Cancel an order that exists on ebay.

Be able to update the price/ Stock/ item attributes, pictures, policies of the items on eBay. - Trading API potentially, or other APIs on ebay.

2. Selling partner API - Products API (SP-API)

Product advertising API (PA-API)

These are the data points that I am looking for from each one of the APIs, and possibly only one of the APIs can provide certain data.
Also i'd like to get notifications setup where Amazon sends me updates on the price, stock changes based on item condition, FBA/non-fba
a. Lowest price(including shipping) on Amazon based on ASIN - Maybe both APis can?
i. FBA/ non fba
ii. Seller: AMAZON or 3rd party
iii. Any condition
b. In stock/ out of stock – if on back-order or something like that - Maybe both APis can?
c. EAN + UPC of any ASIN. – Maybe both APis can?
d. Ships from location – SP-API
e. Sales rank – Maybe both APis can?
f. Shipping as soon as or at late as – SP-API , maybe PA-API?
g. Weight of item – Maybe both APis can?
h. Item dimensions - Maybe both APis can?
