I need an Ebay, Poshmark and Facebook market place lister

Job Description:
I own a startup Business that purchases storage units and I need to get my inventory moving. I have an Ebay account that is in great standing and can promote my listings. I have time to take pictures of my listings and tell you a bit about it but I don't have time to list the items. I can handle all the shipping.
This is what I am looking for.
1. You can list the items using what ever format will sell it the fastest. In all three platforms Ebay, Poshmark and Facebook market place.
2. I need you to be able to let me know if you need more clearer pictures or clarifications on items.
3. I need you to be able to determine the pricing based upon past ebay sells and list it for cheaper.
4. I need someone who is honest with me like this will never sell for more than a dollar.
