Oh My Goodness! What a mess!
So, lets fix it up ....it took me about 20 minutes to transfer your sample (not the TOC or figures list - just the opening chapter) to text and adjust all the broken words and spelling mistakes. That was 4 pages. So I estimate that it will take 14 hours to transfer all from text boxes to text.
Then we need to do the formatting for the TOC pickup; and all the bits and pieces. So, please understand the bid of $250 is just not 'reaching' your spending cap, it will be well earned.
I would also use a font (pre-approved) for e-books (I am a Blurb/Bookrite user), So I understand that the prep work is important. I'll set the margins so that you have a good visual for how your illustrations will fit in. Anyway, that is my bid. Good Luck, Wendy PSthe rest of the allowable characters is this text box will be content from your book. All prettied up! *******
